These are super easy to make! They are great for meal prep, on-the-go snacking, and for when you have a sweet tooth but need to get your protein in.

Made with 6 simple ingredients, it doesn’t get better than this. Not to mention, it makes for a great meal with a balanced amount of protein, carbs, and healthy fat.

INGREDIENT RECOMMENDATIONS

Remember to be picky with your ingredient choices! Quality ingredients matter.

I use the Gluten-Free Organic Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats from Bob’s Red Mill. They are my favorite oats!

I enjoy using oat milk for this recipe, however, you can use any non-dairy milk. Be sure to choose one without any fillers that could upset your gut. I would highly recommend the Unsweetened Oat Milk from Elmhurst 1925. Their products don’t contain any added gums or emulsifiers!

The same goes for your protein powder of choice. Hands down, my favorite is the Vanilla Prime Protein Powder from Equip Foods. It is paleo, dairy-free, lactose-free, and sweetened only with Stevia leaf powder! The full ingredient list contains Grass-Fed Beef Protein Powder, Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Vanilla Powder, and Stevia Leaf Powder.

Regarding peanut butter (or any nut butter), this is another ingredient I highly suggest you check the label with. A lot of nut butter can contain added sugars and oils, which just aren’t necessary. You want to look for ingredient labels that contain only nuts and salt. I recommend the Classic Creamy Peanut Butter from Wild Friends Foods for this recipe.

As usual, I used the vegan dark chocolate chips from Enjoy Life. They are so good! The minis are amazing for this recipe.

You’ll want to make these more often than not – don’t say I didn’t warn you! As always, enjoy! 🙂
