Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 3/4 cup oat milk (any dairy-free milk works)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp cocao powder
Add 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats and 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips into a 12 oz jar.
Blend 3/4 cup oat milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tbsp cocao powder in a blender under evenly mixed.
Add blended liquid to jar.
Stir or shake jar with lid on to evenly mix all ingredients.
Cover jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Once done chilling, stir mixture, add desired toppings, and enjoy!
