gluten-free rolled oats

cup
pumpkin puree
1/4
cup
coconut milk

egg

honey/maple syrup

baking powder

tsp
vanilla
1/2
tbsp
cinnamon

tsp
pumpkin pie spice

Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375° F.
Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Oil/grease the inside of your oven-safe ramekin or soufflé dish.
Pour blended ingredients into ramekin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once baked, let cool for 5-10 minutes. Top with homemade icing or other toppings of choice. Enjoy!
