Base
- 2 bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole almonds
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Topping Mixture
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Base Mixture Instructions
Combine all base ingredients into a mixture by adding to a food processor or blender. Mix until well combined but not too creamy. If using a blender, pulse about 15 times.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepped pan and cook in oven for 10 minutes. While cooking, prepare topping mixture.
Topping Mixture Instructions
Add topping mixture ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Once base mixture is finished cooking, add topping mixture on top and spread evenly. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
Serve plain or with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
