Honey Garlic Roasted Chickpeas

- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spray favorite cooking spray over top.
Drain and rinse 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas). Spread chickpeas evenly on baking sheet. Cook in oven for 30 minutes in order to dry out chickpeas. Be sure to gently shake the pan every 10 minutes or so to ensure they cook evenly.
While chickpeas are in the oven, mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 pink Himalayan salt in a small bowl.
Once chickpeas are out of the oven, drizzle liquid mix over top and shuffle chickpeas around to evenly coat.
Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes at 375° F. Gently shake pan every 5 minutes. Once done cooking, let cool and enjoy!
