Healthy Churro Chips

- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Spray a 9x13 sheet pan with your favorite cooking spray.
Cut 4 corn tortillas into equal fourths. Lay each slice on pan about 1/2 inch apart.
Coat each side of tortilla slice with extra virgin olive oil. Drizzle 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsbp honey, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon evenly on top of uncooked slices.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. When done, let cool and enjoy!
