½cupcoconut milk unsweetened

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
Spray a 9''x13'' baking pan with your favorite cooking oil.
Slice gluten free bread into cubes. Place and spread evenly into pan.
Mix 12 eggs, 2 scoops collagen, ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of salt with a blender. Please note that collagen can become clumpy if not mixed properly.
Pour liquid mix over cubed bread in baking pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Once cool, top with powdered sugar and favorite toppings. Enjoy! :)
Notes
If re-heating, try air-frying at 350 degrees for 5 minutes to keep that amazing crunch!
