Blend all ingredients except for 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup mashed banana, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp chocolate chips) in a blender for about 30 seconds until evenly blended.
Oil the inside of your oven-safe ramekin or soufflé dish.
Pour blended ingredients into ramekin and top with 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips.
