Nature’s Fruity Cereal

“Nature’s Cereal” has been making it’s rounds on my TikTok feed recently and for good reason! This dish is just that, nature’s cereal, and it’s AMAZING.
The original “cereal” recipe I came across was on Lizzo’s TikTok. It consisted of blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranates with coconut water taking the place of milk. Obviously, there are no limits to other fruits that can be added, but those seem to be the staple fruits to this cereal.
Personally, I decided to add strawberries and half of a lemon to mine. The flavor is absolutely amazing and it’s SO refreshing!
The pomegranates definitely steal the show with the added crunch they give to the cereal overall. So, if you are going to make any changes, don’t replace the pomegranates!
Not to mention, this cereal comes with many benefits. The fruits alone provide many beneficial antioxidants and the coconut water is an excellent source of electrolytes to ensure you stay hydrated.
The cereal is said to boost your energy levels from the electrolytes it provides. It’s perfect for a mid-day snack or to add to your breakfast.
Please note I didn’t create this dish trend, but I wanted to ensure this was saved in my recipes. I didn’t want to risk forgetting about it – It’s too good!

Nature’s Fruity Cereal
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranates
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 3 strawberries
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 cup coconut water chilled
Instructions
- Wash fruit and slice strawberries.
- Combine blueberries, pomegranates, blackberries, and strawberries into a bowl.
- Squirt 1/2 of a lemon into bowl and add chilled coconut water overtop. If your coconut water is at room temperature, add ice to the bowl.
- Enjoy!
