Picture this: it’s Sunday morning, the birds are chirping, and you want a tasty breakfast to start your day. Insert these 4 ingredient paleo waffles!!
Be prepared to want to make these every day for nearly 3 months because they are addictive. I may or may not have done that. Okay, I did…
They’re addictive in the sense you can mix in any other ingredients to make a new flavor. I became a little obsessed with trying new combinations.
I’m talking fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, spices – this is the BEST base. They can satisfy your sweet or savory tooth if needed.
With that being said, I’m also addicted to my mini waffle maker. I’ve had it for about a year now and it creates the perfect waffle every time. I LOVE it! I gifted one to my sister for her birthday a few months ago and she raves about it.

The best part? It’s only $10! It’s a total steal. Check this waffle maker out if you’re interested in having a great quality and affordable waffle maker. You won’t regret it!
You’ll notice I used gluten free 1-to-1 baking flour in this recipe. I suggest using the Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 baking flour or King Arthur’s Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour. Both are absolutely amazing and bake super well.
I really hope you try these waffles out! Leave a comment of what other ingredients or toppings you add to your waffles. Happy waffle-ing! 🙂
